Our company produces electric cement butterfly valves, electric dust butterfly valves, electric wear-resistant butterfly valves, and electric material butterfly valves, which are specifically designed for industrial applications involving powders and granular materials. The soft seal formed by the valve body's rubber sealing ring makes it highly suitable for various powder and granular material applications, especially for highly abrasive materials. In powder and granular material handling systems requiring gravity discharge or pneumatic conveying, butterfly valves are often installed on hoppers, silos, screw conveyor outlets, and pneumatic conveying pipelines. Depending on application requirements, a drive handle or pneumatic drive kit can be selected separately. With features such as easy installation and maintenance, it is a cost-effective solution for powder handling. The valve plate is made of nitrile sealing rings coated with wear-resistant polymer materials. It can be equipped with manual, electric, pneumatic, or gear motor drive devices, which are interchangeable. Double-flange butterfly valves come with two identical flange faces, while single-flange butterfly valves are equipped with an extended connecting ring at the bottom for installing flexible sleeves. Its main features are as follows:
1. The valve body is made of lightweight high-pressure cast aluminum alloy, ensuring light weight.
2. The valve plate is lined with a steel core and coated with wear-resistant polymer material, forming a highly wear-resistant soft seal with the wear-resistant rubber sealing ring, making it suitable for even the most abrasive applications.
3. It can be installed on hoppers, silos, screw conveyor outlets, and pneumatic conveying pipelines.
4. The flange face can be selected as single-flange (D) or double-flange (S) based on requirements.
